June 13
Today was the train from Bratislava to Prague. I fell on a loose stone on the curb in front of the train station and thought the woman that was nice enough to come to my aid was going to rip my arm off. Fortunately I was not hurt other than the bruise on my arm from that helping hand. Upon arrival in Prague we found our Airbnb with our hostess waiting for us. The building had a very small elevator that fit about 3 people at a time and Dianne and I had a room at the top of the spiral staircase.
At least we had a bathroom on that level. We also had a washing machine. YEA!!! What was interesting is that we paid 15 Euro to get from the train station to our apartment and 4 Euros to get back on the 16th. We also paid 70 Euro on the 14th to get from downtown Prague to our apartment. If anyone reading this ever goes to Prague don't get into a cab unless they give you a price first. There are some rip off companies out there.
For dinner we went to a pub close by for some traditional Czech food and entertainment.
